The Sustainserv team has been engaged to support the development of a 1600 acre, mixed use development north of Houston Texas.

The EarthQuest project will consist of 2500 units of housing, commercial and retail space, an environmentally-focused theme park and resort, and a non-profit research and education institute. The entire development is expected to conform to the latest energy and environmental standards, and will be a model community for low impact developments.

Matthew Gardner, Director of Sustainserv, has been elected to serve as the Chief Science Officer of the EarthQuest Institute, to support the development of a portfolio of sustainability related research and education projects.
