Sustainability Guidelines
Companies and projects benefit from the development of comprehensive guidelines and clear directions for how they should do business in order to be as sustainable as possible. Our work is in two general areas, real estate developments and green buildings, and internal as well as externally-facing codes of conduct. In our work, we work with clients to:
  • Develop sustainability frameworks and guidelines for real estate projects
  • Assess current policies and procedures that address corporate responsibility;
  • Develop sustainability guidelines and codes of conduct for employees
  • Establish supplier codes of conduct and sustainability guidelines

Work of this type frequently has significant strategic implications for a company. We approach our efforts in this area to make sure we draw clear connections between the development of guidelines and codes of conduct, and the strategic priorities of the organization.
