The mission statement of a municipal electrical utility commits the company to providing utility services in a cost-effective, reliable, and environmentally friendly manner. This client sought to further develop its management system by monitoring their performance on these three dimensions in a way that would better inform and motivate group and division leaders by more clearly articulating how these factors contribute to the company’s overall success.
To achieve this, Sustainserv worked with all the group and department heads to develop an extended, easily applicable system of key performance indicators that tracks the full range of developmental factors, from current bottom line performance to long-term performance projections. |
